Leichtform GmbH was founded in June 2009. The production has been started successfully in July 2009.
At the Location in Bernsdorf PU-foams are processed for many years. Already before 1990 belonged to this location as operation part for "Synthesewerk Schwarzheide", which has been taken over later by BASF. Thereafter, the PU-foam processing subsidiary of a plastics processing company international.
The Leichtform GmbH is a spin-off of this former group of companies and produced today focus PUR foam moldings in hard, semi-hard and soft version. The moldings can be refined in various ways and are used in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, manufacture of the equipment, the commercial vehicle industry and medical technology.
The Firma Leichtform GmbH cooperates with powerful mold and tool manufacturers and design offices and the leading system providers. On application, we advise our clients on the basis of long experience. From the first idea to the series can be obtained by the Firma Leichtform GmbH a high level of competence and performance. SALES & DEVELOPMENT
The distribution and the sale of our products is organized by own sales managers who work close with the customers in projects. Sales representatives maintain individually certain customers.
Applicational developments will be realized flexible and in short term. By using our own facitlities and enginieering we are able to follow individual customer demands.
There are close relationships with the raw material suppliers and their development departments.
