SYSPUR-DERM is a two level compress of soft pu foam without medicational addition. The mechanism and therapeutic characteristic is achieved by the differentiated physical structure of the two layers of the foam.

The open pored layer sticks direct on the wound are as a matrix for the new tissue formation. The compressed layer works a barrier against secondary infection.

The open pored layer has a significant capillary suction effect in connection with the compressed top layer SYSPUR-DERM cleans the infected wounds fast and intensive. Necrosis, cells, puruclences and terms will be removed whenn the dressing is changed.
